Our Products

  • PROPERTIES - The society had a property developed for the use of its members at Awoyaya inside the NUT Estate, Iraboko, Awoyaya, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State. The Ultra-modern edifice is a multi-million storey building which is meant to be an event center for social and general meeting needs of its member’s resident in that axis and to the community at large. The property is a symbol of collective identity and investment purpose and it...
  • LANDS AND HOUSING - The society has lands in Lagos state where allocations are being made to members across the state. They have 250 Acres of land at Ijere a suburb along the expressway. The survey and other documentations has been completed. The first phase has been allocated to 254 subscribers while the second phase too is at top gear as allottees have already taken possession of the plots of lands.
  • CONSUMER PRODUCTS -The society meets all consumable needs of its members. We have a store for selling of Rice, Oil, and even Rams during festive periods.We also sell utensils, electronics, Laptops, Desktops, and Electric Generators to members at a reasonable price even as they take the items to pay instalmentally through the cooperative society.
  • LOAN PRODUCT - The Credit committee of the society work tirelessly every month to ensure they meet up with the loan needs of their over 17 thousand members who applies for loan. Which most times are used to meet their needs in terms of startup capital for trade, property acquisition, ejection from abode, and payments for urgent hospital bills.
  • SAVINGS PRODUCT - The society provides a conducive office space and equipments for its staff to be able to serve their members savings need. Hence, member's savings on a monthly basis has grown from a few thousands to millions of naira including their loan repayments
